I really miss Jim Ross!?

I don't understand why the WWE pretty much forced Jim Ross out the door? I mean really? He is so much better than Michael Cole and I think people tend to forget that Michael has been there in WWE for the past 14 years! He is not going to get any better! I didn't like him in 97 and I dont like him now
